• Device and service details: the item category, brand, model, serial number, accessories handed in, the fault you report, and any photos you share.
• Job and payment records: estimates, work done, spares fitted, amounts billed and payment mode (we do not store full card numbers).
• Authentication data: your mobile number is verified by a one-time password (OTP) to sign in and view your service history.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as device/browser type) used to keep the service secure and working.

• To receive, diagnose, repair and return your item, and to raise the service slip and bill.
• To keep you updated on your repair status and send your service slip and invoice by email or message.
• To let you track your job and view your service history when you sign in.
• To maintain our business records and comply with legal and tax obligations.
• To improve our service and prevent misuse or fraud.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure with access restricted to our authorised staff. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

• With our technicians and, where applicable, the dealer who submitted your item, strictly to carry out the repair.
• With service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery and cloud hosting), under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We keep your service records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We use only the cookies/local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use them for advertising.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
