Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a service can be cancelled and how refunds are handled by Yaal Digital.
Cancelling a service
- You may cancel a service request before you approve the repair estimate, at no charge.
- Once you approve the estimate and work / ordering of spare parts has begun, the job cannot be cancelled free of cost, as costs are already incurred.
- To cancel, contact us as early as possible with your service (job) number.
Refunds
- After payment, no cash or card refund shall be made under any circumstances for completed service work.
- There is no warranty or guarantee on replaced / repaired spare parts unless expressly stated in writing.
- Where a payment is collected in error or a service you paid for was not delivered, we will review the case and, if a refund is due, process it to the original payment method.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Uncollected items
If a serviced item is not collected within 45 days of being ready, we may dispose of the item and recover our service charges and other costs from the proceeds, as stated in our service terms.
